Dean Property is run by Giles and Karolina Dean. We relocated to Ras Al Khaimah in 2022; not because a market report recommended it but because we looked at the place properly and decided to make our lives here.
RAK is not only a property story. The coastline is genuine. The coast, mountains, and desert are all within twenty minutes of each other. The quality of daily life, for families especially, is something that does not come through in the investment numbers but matters enormously once you are here.
We moved because we believed in it. We built a business here because others were asking the same questions we had asked, and we were better placed than most to answer them.

Karolina Dean
MANAGING DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Runs Dean Property day to day. Four years in Ras Al Khaimah. Knows the market, the community, and the developers. Manages every client relationship personally; from development assessment and payment plan structuring through to the practical questions about what life here actually looks like.
Her knowledge of RAK is not research-based. It is four years of living it.
Giles Dean
CO-FOUNDER
Read law at the University of Cambridge. Co-founded and exited 1Rebel, the London boutique fitness brand. Currently overseeing sales strategy and operations for major mixed-use and residential developments at the Dubai World Trade Centre — knowledge that sits on the other side of the table from conventional agency advice.
Between us, we offer legal rigour, commercial experience, developer-side intelligence, and four years of living in RAK. That combination does not exist elsewhere in this market.
