LETTING YOUR PROPERTY
Letting and property management in Ras Al Khaimah
I'm Karolina. I let homes in Ras Al Khaimah for their owners, and look after them once they're let. We live in Al Hamra, so I know the buildings, the rents and the people looking.
There are two ways I can help: I find you a tenant, or I find one and then look after your home for the year. Either way, the rent and the deposit go straight to you.

YOUR RENT
What your home should rent for
Rents in RAK depend on the area, the building, the view and whether it's furnished. Our rents table, on the Renting in RAK page, shows what homes are being let for in each area, by number of bedrooms, dated and sourced. Tell me your building and I'll tell you what I'd ask for yours.

KAROLINA'S TIP
Get your home ready before it's listed
Homes that are clean, freshly painted and ready to move into let faster. Before I photograph yours, I'd have it deep cleaned and the paint touched up, the air conditioning serviced, and anything small fixed: taps, lights, door handles. Check every appliance works, and decide whether you'll let it furnished or unfurnished. For higher-value homes, I recommend having it professionally staged: furniture and styling chosen to show it at its best. Tenants judge the photos first, so I take them in daylight, with every light on.

WHAT I NEVER DO
I never collect rent or hold your money. Your tenant pays the rent and the deposit straight to you, so your money never passes through us.
